To work within a framework which ensures equality and opportunity for all children and families. All members of staff are fully supported in gaining further qualifications and are encouraged to attend courses and training to take advantage of the latest ideas and techniques in childcare and education. Starlings welcome children with the two/three grant scheme offering 15/30 hours when available. We also welcome children not receiving grant. Starlings preschool hand out a monthly newsletter to all parents, this contains information on any additional activities, dates, topics and any new information for that month. Starlings also offer a text service to parents which we use for closure days due to unforeseen circumstances, and any sharing information. Updates can also been seen on our "latest and useful information" section. Starlings preschool promotes healthy eating for their snacks and their lunch boxes should reflect this. There is a menu on the notice board which is updated daily informing you what snack your child may have had. |
